Stephanie worked closely with the American Medical Association for six years, supporting more than 18 conferences and events during that time. She designed conference guides, event schedules, and a wide range of conference materials that helped improve attendee navigation, streamline event communications, and create a more cohesive experience across each event. By understanding attendee needs and organizational goals, she developed clear, visually engaging materials that made important information more accessible while maintaining brand consistency. Her work helped enhance event operations, improve the attendee experience, and support the association’s mission through thoughtful design and long-term collaboration.
